  4. Visualize Success: Think about winning, not failing. This can change what you expect to happen and make you less worried about messing up.
  5. Stay Present: Focus on what's happening right now. Fear usually comes from worrying about what might happen next, not what's going on at the moment.
    By thinking differently about failure, staying in the moment, and imagining success, you'll be well on your way to overcoming fear and reaching your goals. 🌟
