4. Client Responsibility

It is your responsibility to ensure that any coaching, course, or program purchased is appropriate for your needs, circumstances, and mental or physical health.

You acknowledge that coaching is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care, and Mindeq BV does not diagnose, treat, or provide therapy.

5. Subscriptions & Cancellations

For programs or coaching offered on a subscription basis (monthly, yearly, or otherwise):

1. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.

2. Once a new billing cycle has begun, the payment for that cycle is non-refundable and applies in full.

3. Access to materials ends when the subscription period ends.

6. Refund Policy

Unless specifically stated otherwise for a particular program or offer:

1. All sales are final.

2. No refunds are provided for digital products, coaching packages, missed sessions, or subscription payments once processed.
