Hi! I'm Jocelin Lillienau - International Show Jumping & Event Rider, Mental Skills Coach for Equestrians Athletes, and CEO of MINDEQ BV.
8 years ago I believed the reason I didn't make any progress in my riding was because I lacked talent. No matter how much time, money and effort I put into my riding I stayed stuck at 1.10 level, feeling frustrated and embarrassed of my lack of skill.
By coincidence I got introduced to the power of the mind and after playing around with some mental strategies in my own riding, I could conclude what held me back was not my lack of talent but what went on between my ears.
I started educating myself within the mental space and got a diploma both in sport psychology and the inner game methodology.
I am now competing at 1.30 level SJ / 2* level eventing and have made it my life's mission to share this secret to riding success with as many riders as possible!
